‘Boozy Bramble’ is the working name for the drink we are developing. A concoction of blackberries and raw spirit, we are hoping this
The term “Bramble” can refer to any tough, prickly shrub, but commonly used for the blackberry bush in particular.
These bonny, soft, summer fruits are popular in jams & jellies, puddings & crumbles.
And, of course, drinks.

The drink matures nicely in the bottleso can be drunk fresh or kept for special occassions.
